KAMAL FAKHOURY
Kamal is the Chief Executive Officer currently managing 12 projects. He brings more than 30 years of hospitality management experience across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East.
His career spanned hospitality consultancy, operations, and Food and Beverage management. He attained senior management roles across renowned international chains including the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Hyatt, Radisson, Sheraton, and Rotana Hotels.
Kamal obtained his diploma in hospitality administration from the Caesar Ritz Institute of Hotel Management in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
He also pursued further executive education from the prestigious Cornell University in New York.
MENNO DE BOER
Menno De Boer is Chief Operating Officer of Cristal Group. A seasoned hotelier with over 30 years of experience across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Menno’s experience spans across all aspects of the hospitality industry – from openings to revamping and consulting. Menno is currently overseeing our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he was hotel Director for the NH Collection Barbizon Palace Amsterdam, and area General Manager in Bavaria Regent Hotel Hailar China.
After obtaining his degree at the Hague Hotel Management School in the Netherlands in Hotel Administration, Menno continued to pursue advance trainings and workshops with Hilton International, Oberoi Hotels and Movenpick Hotels & Resorts.
