Antoun has over 30 years of experience in corporate management and property development in Australia and the Middle East. He has a proven track record in leading companies, where his core objective is to expand the business activities by looking after the finances of the Group.
He has a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of New South Wales, Australia and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Honors at the University of Westminster London, U.K.
Kamal brings more than 25 years of hospitality management experience across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East., His career spanned hospitality consultancy, Operations and F&B management. He attained senior management roles across renowned International chains including the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Radisson, Sheraton and Rotana Hotels.
Kamal obtained his diploma in hospitality administration from the Caesar Ritz Institute of Hotel Management in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He also perused further executive education from the prestigious Cornell University in New York.
Tarek comes to Cristal Group with more than 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Cristal, Tarek develop his career working in prestigious Hotel Chains in Paris, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Lebanon handling key management positions including Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Rooms Division, Operations Manager and General Manager.
Tarek has a track record of successfully boosting the revenue and minimising costs for these properties through creative and cost effective solutions.
Prior to joining the Cristal Group as Regional Managing Director, Murat held a variety of Senior roles in the USA, Middle East, and Asia for prestgious brands such as Kempinski, Jumeirah and Ramada. Murat holds a degree in Hotel & Tourism Management at Antalya, Turkey and has completed Advance Management Programs in Germany.
